When and where can I purchase tickets?
Early bird ticket sales commence on October 24, 2025, 12pm, with public sales starting October 27, 2025, 12pm, available via sistic.com.sg and the SISTIC hotline at 6348 5555. Tickets will not be sold at the venue.
What is the Rush Queue policy?
If tickets are sold out online, customers can join the Rush Queue. Ten minutes after the screening start time, available seats will be released to those in the Rush Queue on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the screening.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes, discounts are available for SGIFFriends, Industry Passholders, Kinokuniya Members, students, National Servicemen, and senior citizens. Note that discounts apply to General Film Tickets and exclude Opening and Special Presentations, and only one discount can be used per transaction.
Can children attend the festival?
Children are welcome, but please check the film ratings on SGIFF.COM before purchasing tickets. Children aged two and older require a ticket, while those under two do not if sharing a seat with an adult. Tickets are non-refundable if age requirements are not met.
