As a courtesy to our audience, very young children are not encouraged to attend, except for shows specifically for children or a performance designated “family friendly.” Children, when admitted, must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. There is generally a seating hold for most performances, meaning that if you have not arrived at your seat prior to the published curtain time you will be held in the lobby until the house manager is allowed to seat you so as not to disturb the performance. In some cases, this may be 10-15 minutes or even until the intermission break as per the performance agreements. To avoid missing any of the performance, leave yourself enough time to arrive, park, gain access through security and ticket checkpoints to find your seats. Face-Coverings / Masks are recommended to be worn by patrons while inside the building. Patrons are encouraged to practice social distancing as able and proper hand washing/sanitizing techniques. If you have been exposed to, have symptoms consistent with, or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 please do not attend an event at the Scranton Cultural Center. No Outside Food or Drink is allowed within the venue. As various event presenters may have differing policies, additional specific policies regarding your event may vary. No Re-Entry.. Once you have entered the venue and passed security, patrons may not leave and reenter.

Parking is available at several downtown lots and at any open street meter. Note that meters are enforced until 5:00 pm most business days and holidays. Meters covered with orange NO PARKING bags are reserved for production use and unauthorized cars parked at these meters will be towed at the owner's expense. ADAMS AVENUE LOT: This garage is currently closed and is no anticipated to reopen in the near future. Located in the 400 block of ADAMS AVENUE. Charges vary. SCRANTON MUNICIPAL GARAGES: Entrance on LINDEN STREET, WASHINGTON AVE or MULBERRY ST. Charges vary. Warning Wait times to exit after an event may be 45-90 minutes.
