Parking
Approximately 120 car parking spaces are available on-site, along with 6 motorcycle spots, 20 bicycle stands, and 6 bus parking spots. The daily parking fee is €3.00. Four electric vehicle charging stations are also available. Parking tickets include a €0.50 discount coupon for souvenir purchases.
Accessibility
The Schaubergwerk (show mine) is not accessible for wheelchairs, rollators, or strollers due to narrow passages and stairs. The Feenweltchen (Fairy World) is also not accessible for wheelchairs, rollators, or strollers. The Grottoneum (experience museum) is accessible for wheelchairs, and has a stairlift. The Naturheilstollen (healing tunnel) path is wheelchair-friendly, with a 7-step entrance.
Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed on a leash in outdoor areas but not inside the Schaubergwerk, Grottoneum, Heilstollen, or Feenweltchen. A dog kennel is available at the ticket office.
