What are the different entry fees for the Christmas Cookie Classic?
Entry fees vary by organization and level: USAG Women's Levels 1-10, Xcel Bronze - Sapphire and HUGS are $155; AAU Women's Levels 1-8, OO and Xcel Copper - Sapphire are $115; AAU Men's 4x4 is $115; and NGA Women's 1N through 10N is $155. Team entry fee is $55.
What is the refund policy for this event?
Full refunds are provided for scratches submitted in MeetMaker up until November 21, 2025. For injuries, refunds are available with a doctor's note submitted up to the first day of competition.
What are the admission prices for spectators?
Admission is $20 for adults (ages 13-64) per day, $15 for youth (ages 5-12) per day, and $15 for seniors (ages 65+) per day. Children aged 4 and under are admitted for free. Please note that tickets are cash only.
How can athletes register for the competition?
USAG athletes should register through the USAG Meet Reservation System. AAU and NGA athletes can register directly via meetmaker.com.
What kind of awards can participants expect?
Participants can expect custom medals for individual events and all-around competitions. Team banners will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for teams with three or more athletes per level.
