Candles are allowed with tall hurricanes. Confetti is not permitted. Sparklers and fireworks are allowed with specific contract details and licensed providers, respectively. Animals are permitted for ceremonies only. Lawn games and bounce houses are allowed with contract details. Food trucks require a licensed provider.
