Schedule

Saturday, Sept 13: Riders register (free) and pick up dance tickets at Little Qualicum Falls Provincial Park. Each bike must carry a new, unwrapped toy or cash donation. 12 p.m. cannon – Mass start. The parade follows Highway 4 into town, finishing at Glenwood Centre. 1 p.m. – Show 'n' Shine, kids’ games, vendors, pig roast and beer garden open at Glenwood. 2 p.m. – Adult bike games (sign up on-site). 7 p.m.–1 a.m. – Riders’ BBQ & public dance (19+). Tickets $25β€”first offered to riders at Little Qualicum, then to the public from 1 p.m. at Glenwood. Sunday, Sept 14: 8 a.m. – Pancake breakfast for riders and supporters. 9:30 a.m. – Poker Run departs (register on arrival). 1 p.m. – Live auction, raffles and final beer-garden social close the weekend.
