Parking
General parking is available on the west side of the property off of 83rd Ave. RV parking is in the lot directly next to general parking. The course will wind through the center of the RV parking area.
Pet Policy
No pets or dogs are allowed within Peoria Sports Complex. Pets or dogs are not allowed on course or near Main Street ATY. You may have an on leash dog in the parking lot, but please keep away from the actual running course.
Food & Drink
Fully stocked aid station 24 hours a day with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus staple items like sandwiches, wraps, chili, hot dogs, pancakes, French toast sticks, quesadillas, grilled cheese, fruit smoothies, sushi, spring rolls, cookies, candies, coffee, soda, and sports drinks. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available upon request.

- Prepare for variable desert weather; temperatures can range from near freezing at night to the 70s or 80s during the day. Pack layers, including warm clothing, gloves, and a hat.

What is the withdrawal and refund policy?
A 75% race credit is provided if notified in writing 30 days prior to the event. A 50% credit may be given for injury or family emergency 5 days prior. No credit is issued within 4 days of the event or after. Credits are valid for one year and can only be used once.
Can I change my race distance?
Yes, you can change your race distance on UltraSignup before the event. Downgrading is possible but without a refund. Upgrading will remove your original order and issue a credit to re-register at the price of the new distance on the date of the original order.
Are there live tracking capabilities for the races?
Yes, most Aravaipa Running events feature live runner tracking, typically available at live.aravaiparunning.com. Some events using outside timers will have a link on the event's webpage.
What are the rules regarding pacing and guest bibs?
Traditional pacers are not allowed due to track space. However, up to 10 guest bibs are available for friends and family to run one lap with a participant. A 'night bib' is also available from midnight to 6 AM for more extended laps during slower periods. Runners competing for records cannot have non-participants accompany them.
What is the policy on pets?
No pets or dogs are allowed within Peoria Sports Complex, on the course, or near Main Street ATY. Leashed dogs are permitted in the parking lot but must stay away from the running course.
