The Newport Mansions, including The Breakers, Marble House, The Elms, and Chateau-sur-Mer, are exquisitely decorated with nearly 30 Christmas trees and hundreds of floral arrangements.   • Parking: Limited free parking is available at all properties except for Hunter House and The Breakers Stable & Carriage House, where street parking is available. Parking lots for The Breakers and Marble House are across the street from the entrance gates.
  • Accessibility: The Breakers, Marble House and Rosecliff are partially accessible for mobility devices. The first floor is directly accessible, and the second floor is accessible via an elevator operated by staff. Other houses are not currently accessible. Wheelchairs are not provided.
