What do tickets include?
Each ticket includes a meet and greet with Father Christmas and his friends. Each paying child will leave the Grotto with a soft toy.
Can I take more than one child in at a time?
Siblings and friends are welcome in the Grotto at the same time but all children must have a ticket before entering. Up to 8 children can be booked on to one slot.
Do babies need a ticket?
If you would like your baby to receive a present from Father Christmas and/or they are the only child entering the Grotto, you will need to purchase a ticket. If your baby is going in with another child and they do not receive a gift then they will not need to purchase a ticket.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Trentham has a free car park with accessible, parent & child and EV & Tesla electric charging spaces available.
