Tips & Advice
- Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes as open-toed and high-heeled shoes are not permitted in the ICE! tent. While parkas are provided, bringing your own hat and gloves is recommended for added warmth.
- Arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled ICE! time slot to allow for walking from parking and to ensure entry, as late arrivals may not be accommodated.
- Consider purchasing a ticket bundle for activities to save up to 30% and maximize your holiday experience.
- For guests with sensory sensitivities, specific Monday mornings (Nov 18, 25, Dec 2, 9) offer reduced music volume, lighting, and slower traffic in the ICE! attraction.
- While strollers are allowed in most areas, they are not permitted inside the ICE! tent; plan accordingly for little ones.
