Who needs a wristband?
The Funplex is an admissions-based park, and all guests over 36" are required to have a wristband to enter.
Can a guest cancel or reschedule a reservation?
To reschedule a reservation, kindly bring your confirmation email on the new day you'd like to attend, and they'll honor your tickets for that day. Tickets are valid within the current season. Ensure you bring a valid ID matching the credit card used for the reservation.
Am I allowed to leave and return to the park?
For the safety of guests, re-entry into The Funplex is not permitted at this time.
What is your weather policy?
The Funplex offers many indoor activities. If bad weather forces the closure of outdoor attractions for more than 120 minutes, a complimentary return ticket will be issued with the original receipt. Tickets are non-refundable.
