Parking
Parking available at P1 Buschstr. / Hetzel Horses, P2 Birkenstr., P3 Hotel Auler / Tophofen, and P4 Waterkuhlstr. / Edeka Markt. Note: Parking at Waterkuhlstr. is inaccessible during the 5km and 1.5km races as it is on the course.

- If you can't run, you can still pick up your race bib and T-shirt, or find a substitute runner to take your place.
- For the 5km race, move to the right side of the course after the first 100-200 meters to allow faster runners to pass.

You can check the participant list online to see if your registration has been received. If you are not listed, your registration was not successful.
Can I change my race or update my details?
Race changes can be made via the contact form until mid-December. After bib pickup, you can change your race at the info stand at least 30 minutes before the start. For placement-relevant changes like age group, contact the info stand at least 30 minutes before the start.
What happens if I am sick or injured and cannot participate?
While cancellations are not possible, you can still pick up your race bib and T-shirt. Alternatively, you can find a substitute runner and have your details updated.
How does the team competition work?
For the 5km and 10km races, the 3 best teams are honored. The 5 fastest times from a group or club are summed, and the club with the lowest total time wins. Ensure all runners spell the club name identically for accurate team registration.
Can I run with a stroller, buggy, or dog?
Due to the high number of participants, running with a stroller, buggy, or dog is not permitted for the safety of all runners.
