There are no age or height restrictions, but skate shoes must be worn. Skate shoes are available from size 15cm.
Do accompanying persons need a ticket?
Accompanying persons (observers only) can enter for a fee of 300 yen. Children under 3 are exempt, but those 3 and older are subject to the fee.
Can I rent sleds?
Yes, sleds can be rented for 500 yen per 20 minutes on weekdays from 11:00 to 18:00 (last reception at 17:40). Rental may be suspended during busy periods.
