Polar Paws & Santa Claws 5K and Kids' Cub Run
Lace up your running shoes for the Polar Paws & Santa Claws 5K and Kids' Cub Run at the Toledo Zoo. This festive event invites participants of all ages to run or walk a scenic 5K, or join the shorter Cub Run designed for children 12 and under. Participants receive a custom bib, wearable swag, and a collectible cup with hot cocoa, while Cub Run participants get an ice slide pass. After the races, all participants are welcome to enjoy the enchanting 'Lights Before Christmas' display at the zoo.

Can I walk with a stroller?
Yes, strollers are permitted. Participants with strollers are asked to line up at the back of the group to ensure the safety of all runners and walkers.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds on registration fees. The event will take place rain, snow, or shine.
Are spectators allowed?
Yes, spectators are permitted. They can enter the Zoo for a discounted admission rate of $16 for adults and $13 for children and seniors before 4 p.m. Regular admission rates apply after 4 p.m.
