Accessibility
The woodlands and Santa's Grotto are suitable for wheelchairs. Regular-sized mobility scooters can be used in the woodlands but unfortunately cannot be taken into Santa's Grotto. Wherever possible, they ask that pushchairs are not taken into Santa's Grotto.

Registered guide dogs are welcome. Unfortunately, other dogs are not permitted.

What time is my visit to Santa?
The time on your ticket is for your visit to Santa. Grotto tickets are sold in fifteen-minute blocks, meaning your actual visit to see Santa may be up to 15 minutes later than the time indicated on your ticket.
Can I change my booking?
No, unfortunately, bookings cannot be amended once made, and tickets are neither refundable nor transferable to a different date or time.
Can I visit the farm without booking to see Santa?
On the eleven dates when the Christmas event is running, it is not possible to book general admission to the farm without a Santa visit.
What activities are included with my ticket?
Each child receives a Christmas Passport upon arrival, which allows them to do each activity once. This includes decorating gingerbread, making reindeer food, writing a letter to Santa, enjoying Christmas toast, and watching a pantomime.
Are dogs allowed?
Registered guide dogs are welcome. Unfortunately, they do not allow other dogs on the farm, nor in Antlers Bistro.
