From December 16 - January 4, hours are 11:30 am to 11:00 pm daily. From January 5 - January 12, hours are 11:30 am to 9:30 pm (Sun-Thu) and 11:30 am to 11:00 pm (Fri-Sat). Special holiday hours apply on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
What is included in the general admission price?
General admission costs $20 and includes skate rental.
Can I bring my own skates?
Yes, you may bring your own ice skates. Figure and hockey skate sizes range from toddler's size 8 to adult's size 15.
What is the policy for inclement weather?
If your session is canceled due to weather, your tickets are valid for any new available date and time on or before January 12, 2025. You can rebook your session online via the link in your confirmation email.
Are there options for beginner skaters?
Yes, they offer Skate Helpers (Penguin & Polar Bear) for skaters under 48" tall to assist with balance and control. These are available for rent on-site.
