Quick Actions
Tips & Advice
- Arrive at your booked check-in time, but be aware that train times can shift by up to an hour, and the total experience can last 1.5-2 hours. Plan onward travel with at least a 3-hour buffer after your check-in time.
- Dress in pajamas and dressing gowns for a fully immersive experience, but ensure you wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes for safety on board the heritage carriages.
- If booking for a group larger than four, make a single group booking to maximize the chances of being seated together, as separate bookings cannot be guaranteed to sit as a party.
- Be aware that due to the heritage nature of the carriages, large bags, rucksacks, and pushchairs are not allowed on board and must be stored in lockers at Euston station (subject to availability and extra charge).
- If you have allergies, ensure you add this information to your order during the booking process via the pop-up before checkout.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my tickets?
E-tickets will be sent out two weeks before your scheduled visit.
What is the seating arrangement like?
Carriages have seating arranged in groups of four around a table or in pairs. While priority is given to early bookers for the best seats, seating arrangements can change without notice. Efforts are made to seat families together, but separate bookings cannot be guaranteed to sit together.
Can I get a refund or reschedule my tickets?
Cancellations, refunds, or reschedules are not offered less than 60 days prior to the event. Changes made more than 60 days in advance are subject to a £20 admin fee. Service charges, booking fees, and ticket protection are non-refundable.
What happens if I arrive late?
Timings are strict due to operating on the main line. While staff will try to assist, there are strict cut-off times for boarding, and doors will be locked, preventing late arrivals.
Are animals allowed on board?
No, dogs and other animals are not allowed on board, with the exception of registered assistance dogs, which must sit under the table.
