Accessibility

The exhibition in The Postal Museum building is completely accessible to wheelchair users. Toilets and baby changing facilities are located on the ground floor of the main Postal Museum building and the lower ground floor of the Mail Rail building. Toilets are individual, self-contained cubicles available to all. A Changing Places toilet for visitors and the general public is on the lower ground floor of Mail Rail. Our cafe is accredited by Kids in Museums as part of their Family Café Standard. Breastfeeding and bottle feeding are welcome anywhere. For a bit more privacy, our First Aid Room in Mail Rail can be used to feed your baby if not in use. One of our hosts can help you on the day. No buggies or pushchairs allowed on the lower ground floor of Mail Rail. Limited buggy parking is available in Mail Rail only, on the ground floor.
