What happens if the museum has to close on a day I've booked a ticket?
In the event the museum has to close, they will contact visitors before their visit to make them aware and offer credit to visit on a future date. Tickets are non-refundable as purchasing a ticket is considered a donation to the museum.
Is there somewhere to store a bike during my visit?
There is some limited bike storage at The Postal Museum. Electric scooters and other forms of transport that do not store in bike racks cannot be stored at the museum.
