- Parking: Parking is available at Parque 2 (Av. da Índia) and Parque 1 (Rua Bartolomeu Dias). Parque 1 has two charging stations for electric vehicles. The garage has a capacity of 366 places and is open daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (2:00 AM on show nights). Prices are €0.50 per 15 minutes up to the 3rd hour, then €0.40 per 15 minutes, with a daily maximum of €20.00. Via Verde payment is accepted.
- Accessibility: Places are reserved for people with reduced mobility in the Grand Auditorium. Access to the Congress and Meeting Center is preferably via Parque 2, Ground Floor on Av. da Índia. There is an accessible platform next to the ticket office for access to the Pedestrian Path. Accessible restrooms are available on floors 1, 2, and 3 of the Congress and Meeting Center.
