Parking
Limited paid parking is available in the zoo parking lot on Cannon Drive. Parking is not included in the price of your entry ticket. On busy nights, traffic can become congested and parking may become difficult to find. We strongly encourage guests to use public transportation or rideshare services if possible.

When is ZooLights open? What are the hours?
ZooLights is open from Friday, November 21, to Sunday, January 4, from 4:30โ9 p.m. It will be closed on select Tuesdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Are tickets refundable or transferrable?
ZooLights tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another date if purchased as Fixed Date Admission. Flexible Admission tickets are valid for any night.
Is parking available?
Limited paid parking is available in the zoo parking lot. Due to potential congestion, public transportation or rideshare services are strongly encouraged.
What can't I bring to ZooLights?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside zoo gates. Pets are not permitted, but service animals are welcome.
