- Parking: Ample free parking is available on site. A car parking pass is required in addition to the event ticket during the Christmas period, but Harewood Members do not need to pre-book parking.

The State Floor is accessed via steps; a temporary lift is available for single guests accompanied by staff, but cannot accommodate mobility scooters or mechanized wheelchairs.
