Description
The siblings Clara and Fritz are excited on Christmas Eve for their gifts. From their mysterious uncle Drosselmeyer, Clara receives a nutcracker that particularly stimulates her childish imagination. Blissfully asleep, she has a strange dream. She is threatened by a mouse king and his army, but her nutcracker comes to life, defends Clara, and chases the mouse king away. As a handsome prince, he takes Clara to the Land of the Sugar Plum Fairy. Their journey leads them through the dark Enchanted Forest and the snowstorm of sugar plums. In the Land of the Sugar Plum Fairy, all nations dance in honor of Clara's visit. The festival ends when Clara awakens in her living room.
