Parking
Free general parking is available on the fairgrounds. Parking lot staff will be available to assist everybody to park at the fairgrounds during the fair. Free parking is also available at our satellite lot in La Plata at the Charles County Courthouse and Government Building. We strongly recommend using our satellite parking lot at the Charles County Courthouse and Government Building parking lot and take a free shuttle bus to the fair! We have dedicated a special bus lane from Rt. 301 right to our main gate for faster service! Beat the traffic! Shuttle Bus Operating Times: Thursday – No Shuttle Bus. Friday and Saturday – 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (last pickup from Courthouse will be 7:00 p.m., return buses run until 11:00 p.m.). Sunday – 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Buses run every 15 to 30 minutes. Please follow the on-site signs and park responsibly!
