Schedule
First Sunday in November at 10:00 AM. The hunt is approximately 11 km long and takes 1.5 hours. Start of the 1st stage at 10:00 AM. Break after the 1st stage around 11:00 AM - 15 min rest at the Hermitage Palace. Start of the 2nd stage at 11:15 AM. The hunt concludes around 11:45 AM at the palace. The race for qualified participants in the main field is around 12:00 PM. The award ceremony takes place at the palace immediately after the race. The pony race takes place around 12:10 PM.

Parking
Allow ample time for your journey. Public transport is recommended if possible. IMPORTANT: NO PARKING AT HJORTEKÆR! For traffic safety reasons, there will be parking control on the roads around Dyrehaven during the Hubertus Hunt. Therefore, remember to observe signage and traffic laws when parking, and be considerate of residents if parking on the roads around Dyrehaven. Klampenborg Racecourse has no events on Sunday, November 6th, so their parking lot can be used for trucks. No Parking at Fortunen and in Taarbæk! Parking is not permitted at Fortunen. Parking is also not possible in Taarbæk due to extensive excavation work. Entry is only permitted for residents.

- Arrive early and consider public transport, as parking around Dyrehaven is strictly controlled and limited during the event.
- Grab a route map from one of the red gates into Dyrehaven to follow the 11 km course and know where to best view the 32 obstacles, including the exciting jump into Magasindammen.
- Position yourself near the Hermitage Palace to witness the commentary, the break, and the thrilling finish of the race for the Queen's honorary prize.
- Dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes, as you'll likely be walking or standing for extended periods to follow the hunt through Dyrehaven's varied terrain.
- Bring binoculars to get a closer look at the riders and horses as they navigate the challenging course and the dramatic water jump.
