Children with disabilities are eligible for a 10% discount on the ticket price. For individual customers, to receive the discount, place an order with the discount code NS in the 'discount code' field when purchasing a ticket. Group customers must enter the number of children with disabilities in the order comment, and our employee will calculate the discount within three days. After the discount is applied, it will be mandatory to present a disability certificate at the entrance to the event. If you want to buy tickets for both eligible persons and other persons, place two separate orders.

How many chaperones can enter with a group booking?
One free chaperone entrance is provided for every 5 children. If there are more chaperones, half-price tickets must be purchased.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
A receipt will be generated for every paid order. To receive a VAT invoice, select 'please generate a VAT invoice' during checkout. The invoice will be sent to your email after payment.
Can I change the number of children registered for a school or kindergarten group?
The number of children can be decreased or increased before payment. If a partial entry for a given hour is booked, an increase in the number of children later cannot be guaranteed.
Can I cancel my visit to the Great Elf Factory after payment?
Cancellation is only possible before payment is made.
Is there a cloakroom at the venue?
Yes, there is a free self-service cloakroom where you can leave outerwear and shoes. Changing footwear is not mandatory, but comfortable, lightweight, and easily removable shoes are recommended for children.
