One of the passages between the foyer and the connecting room is equipped with a ramp. The Bürgerhaus has a ramp from Untere Buchstraße to the main entrance, and the ground floor is level. Ramps may exceed a 6% gradient. Tables in the cafeteria are accessible. Both buildings have accessible restrooms. Outdoor areas may have minor height differences between paving and bound surfaces. Tactile or acoustic guidance systems are not installed due to expected noise and visitor volume. Staff are available to assist upon request.
