- Parking: Park in Bolton Abbey car park (postcode BD23 6EX, what3words lease.speeded.fellow). One complimentary car park ticket is included with each booking. Additional tickets can be purchased for £12.50. The car park ticket can be used on the date of your visit to enter Riverside and or Strid car park and enjoy the wider estate.
- Accessibility: The walk to Father Christmas' Village is suitable for wheelchairs, however, the ground within the village is dressed with bark chip, which can be difficult to push a wheelchair on. Pushchairs are not permitted due to limited space.
- Pets: Only guide/service dogs are permitted in Father Christmas’ Village.
