Waldbaden is a mindful and relaxing forest walk that calms the body, mind, and soul. Inspired by the Japanese concept of Shinrin Yoku, we immerse ourselves in the soothing atmosphere of the forest through conscious walking, breathing, listening, smelling, and seeing. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and park on the Blasheimer Market grounds or along Bahnweg Street.
