Engelberg Winterlights
Illuminated village with ten large-scale light sculptures
About
Engelberg transforms into a magical wonderland with the return of Winterlights. From December 1st, the village will be aglow with a million lights and ten unique, artistic light sculptures, some reaching up to four meters high. These illuminated artworks are specially designed for Engelberg, with many drawing inspiration from the village's rich history. Visitors can embark on a 'million stars' circular tour, discovering these captivating installations and learning about their background from informative signs. From mid-December, the Kurpark offers a cozy spot to enjoy mulled wine amidst the festive glow.
