What are the vendor rental rates?

Artists, crafters, and gift curators pay $110 per space per day. Service providers pay $250 per space per day. Charities may be offered free space under specific conditions.

Can I sell food or beverages at this event?

Nassau County Parks Department does not allow food or beverage vendors to sell items for immediate consumption at this event. Prepackaged food and beverage items for home consumption are permitted.

What are the setup times?

Setup begins Friday from 5pm-6pm and continues Saturday and Sunday starting at 7am. No appointment is necessary, but setup must be under the direction of a staff member.

Is electricity available?

Electricity is not available. Vendors needing power must bring their own silent generator.

Can I leave my merchandise overnight?

Vendors may leave their tent and tables overnight, but under no circumstances should merchandise be left unattended. Nassau County Parks is not responsible for items left overnight.
