The time on your ticket is your experience time, so please donβt be late. It is advised to arrive on site at least 30 minutes before your time slot and make your way to the Father Christmas Experience no later than 5 minutes before your time slot.
Are all areas of the farm open during the event?
The animal patch is open, but some animals may be in winter housing. The bouncy pillow and main play area are open, but the smaller junior play area is closed. The indoor play barn and cafe are open. Animal activities and tractor rides do not run during this period.
What if I haven't received my booking confirmation email?
If you have reached the completion screen with a unique order reference, your booking is secure. Check your account on the website or your Junk mail folder. If you still haven't received it, contact the office by phone or email.
What are the cafe opening hours?
The cafe is open from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with the last hot food orders at 5:45 PM. On December 24th, it is open from 10 AM to 7 PM, with the last hot food orders at 5:30 PM.
