When will the house open for tours?
The Estate expects to expand access and programming in early 2027. Currently, the home is open for member-only events, Fair Lane Music Guild concerts, and tours during our annual Restoration Showcase in May for Historic Preservation Month. Join their newsletter for updates!

As restoration and construction work is ongoing, only a limited number of generally smaller events can be accommodated. See their website for more information and updates.
Where are the restrooms located?
There are currently two regularly maintained portable restrooms in the parking lot. A new restroom facility is included as part of their future plans.
