Tips & Advice

  • Book ice skating and popular dining reservations well in advance, as 'Skating by the Sea' and the Crown Room events are highly sought after.
  • Consider visiting on a weekday evening for a potentially less crowded experience, especially for the light displays and ice skating.
  • Take advantage of the hotel's valet or self-parking options, but be aware of daily rates and potential validation with purchases.
  • Dress in layers, as coastal evenings can be cool, even with the festive atmosphere.
  • Explore the various themed events beyond the ice rink, such as the Beach Igloos or Victorian Tea, for a more immersive holiday experience.
