Tips & Advice

  • Arrive at the David M. Rubenstein Visitor Center at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to ensure a smooth check-in and avoid missing any part of the experience.
  • Dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes, as you will be walking and potentially standing for extended periods, and the tour involves navigating stairs.
  • Consider the accessibility limitations; this tour involves climbing steep stairs and is not suitable for those who cannot manage them independently.
  • Plan your visit during the earlier dates of the tour if you prefer a slightly shorter tour time, as the schedule adjusts later in December.
