Tips & Advice
- Book your tickets in advance, especially for popular experiences like Father Christmas in the Castle and Santa's Grotto, as walk-up availability is not guaranteed and prices may be higher on the day.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time for Father Christmas or Santa's Grotto experiences, as latecomers will not be admitted.
- Consider visiting during the week or earlier in the season to avoid the largest crowds, particularly if you are attending with young children.
- Dress warmly in layers, as some queues may be outdoors, and the event spans across indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Utilize the available manual wheelchairs or off-road trampers if mobility is a concern, and check the accessibility guide for detailed information on navigating the venue.
