The registration fee is €90 if paid before December 15th, and €110 thereafter. Final registrations are confirmed on-site on December 26th and 27th.

Competitors must present their boat's certificate of conformity, measurement form, and advertising authorization if applicable. French competitors need a valid FFVoile license with a medical stamp or certificate. International competitors need proof of compliance with their national authority and civil liability insurance.

A minimum of 12 races are scheduled between December 27th and 30th, with at least 3 races needing to be validated to constitute the regatta.
