Tips & Advice

  • Arrive before sunset to fully appreciate the transition from twilight to the illuminated grounds, and to catch the early evening activities.
  • Dress warmly in layers, as the event takes place outdoors and can be chilly in the evening, even with the festive atmosphere.
  • Bring cash for the optional light dinner and any donations, as not all vendors may accept cards.
  • Consider bringing a small blanket or portable chairs for comfortable seating while enjoying the carols and music.
  • Check the 'Christmas in Burnet' schedule for related events happening earlier in the day, like the parade or vendor market, to make a full day of holiday festivities.
