What is included in the Santa Safari ticket?
The ticket includes access to the Safari Drive and Safari Walk, a snow-covered winter wonderland in the Discovery Trail, an enchanted elevator experience, the North Pole and Elves' Workshop walk-through, Santa's log cabin grotto with Santa, Mrs. Claus' Craft Room, and for adults, a hot drink and cookie. Children (3-15) also receive a photo with Santa and a present from the workshop.
Can babies visit Santa's grotto?
Babies under 12 months can visit Santa's grotto free of charge, but they will not receive a present, photograph, drink, or cookie.
Can I use my Annual Pass or Free Return Ticket for Santa Safari?
Yes, Annual Pass holders and those with Free Return tickets or Winter Tickets can purchase Santa Safari tickets at an upgrade price of £15 per person. A valid pass or ticket must be presented. Note that Free Return codes cannot be used on specific peak dates in December.
What are the group and school booking options?
School groups of 10+ arriving in one vehicle can book tickets at £15 per pupil (excluding drinks/cookies, which can be added). Groups of 10+ arriving in one vehicle can book at £19 per person. Both options require booking via email.
Is there an extra cost for the VR Sleigh Ride or Christmas Panto?
Yes, the VR Sleigh Ride is an additional £4 per person. The Christmas Panto ('Aladdin') is £8 per person when added to a Santa Safari ticket, or £12 if purchased separately.
