Free parking is available at four locations: P West (P4) at Blumberger Damm 44 (main entrance), P Süd (P5) at Blumberger Damm 40 (cable car station), P1 and P2 at Eisenacher Straße 99 (north entrance), and P3 at Hellersdorfer Straße 159 (Kienbergpark). Note that P West may be temporarily closed during large events.

The Gärten der Welt are certified with the 'Reisen für Alle' and 'Berlin barrierefrei' labels. Entrances at Blumberger Damm and Eisenacher Straße are accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. A park map for wheelchair users is available at the visitor center.
