Booth prices vary by type and size, ranging from $50 for a single 6' table for retail/craft vendors to $100 for a double space for promotional/business vendors.
What is the refund policy for vendors?
Vendors canceling two weeks prior will incur a $25 fee. Cancellations after that are subject to a last-minute resale attempt with the same fee. If JC Promotions cancels, a full credit for future events will be issued.
What time is setup and teardown?
Setup is between 7:00 am and 8:30 am, and teardown is at 4:00 pm. Please move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area after unloading.
