Parking is complimentary. A walk of approximately 1/3 mile connects the visitor reception to the house. Blue badge parking is available, and all parking areas are on hard standing.

Paths in the grounds can be uneven and woodland paths are challenging due to tree roots. Accessible toilets are available at the tea-room, which is 1,200m from the car park. An accessible route through the gardens features hard gravel pathways. Limited Blue Badge parking is available, with a drop-off point on the south drive in front of the house. A movable ramp provides access to the house entrance. Benches are situated at various points in the gardens. Access to the first floor of the house is via a staircase only and has no handrail.
