Parking
There is a parking fee of $35/night plus tax per vehicle to park on the property in any lot for longer than 30 minutes. Valet parking is available at $42/night for overnight guests.

What are the water park hours?
For information on water park hours, please view their Indoor Water Park page. Guests can access the water park any time after opening on their arrival day and until closing time on their departure day.
Are pets allowed?
For the health and comfort of all guests, they do not allow any pets into the lodge. Service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed in all areas of the resort, but not in the pools and attractions of the water park.
Is Internet access available?
Wireless internet access is available throughout the lodge and included with your reservation. Wired access is also available within their conference function space.
What is included with the cost of the suites?
When guests stay at Great Wolf Lodge, their water park passes are included for each registered guest. Passes allow access to the water park until closing time on their departure date. Also included are life jackets and towels at the water park, in-room coffee maker and mini-fridge, lodge-wide Wi-Fi, virtual concierge service, daily events and activities including arts & crafts and family dance party, and wolf ears for all guests 12 & under.
What time is check-in?
Check-in time begins at 4 p.m. or as rooms become available. However, guests are welcome to play in the water park as early as it opens. A valid, Government Issued Photo ID is required upon check-in along with a credit card for incidental charges.
