Can my ticket be refunded?
All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Santa visits are also non-reschedulable. If weather prevents outdoor activities on your scheduled day, you can return on another open day to enjoy them.
When can I pick up my order?
Purchases can be picked up on Saturdays and Sundays between November 25th and December 17th, between 10 am and 6 pm, when you visit Christmas Land. Cookies are made fresh weekly.
Is Christmas Land just for children?
