What is included in the Jingle Mingle appointment?
Each appointment includes a 5-minute private visit with Santa in his office and 25 minutes to explore the Outdoor Gallery. You are welcome to take as many photos as you wish.
What is the pricing for the Jingle Mingle?
The minimum charge is $70.00 (+HST) for a party of up to 4 people. Additional visitors are $17.50 (+HST) per person at the door (cash, debit, or credit accepted). Babies under 1 year old are free.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Unfortunately, due to high demand, cancellations or rescheduling are not possible. If you cannot make your appointment, you are welcome to transfer it to a friend.
What are the operating dates for the Jingle Mingle?
Jingle Mingle evenings run every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the November/December season. Special appointments are also available on December 26th and 27th.
What should I do if I have a special request for Santa?
