- Parking: Car parking at Millets Farm Centre is FREE and they have spaces for over 800 cars, with an overflow grass car park. E-scooters and e-bikes are not permitted on site. Coaches are welcome and have 5 dedicated parking bays.
- Accessibility: Millets Farm Centre is wheelchair accessible with disabled parking and wheelchairs available on site to borrow. They have step-free entrances to most areas. Wheelchair friendly toilets are available across the site, with an electric hoist and adjustable adult changing bed in the Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant. Assistance dogs are permitted in all areas.
- Pets: No pets allowed in eateries, Farm Shop, PYO areas, Maize Maze or seasonal events. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in most areas of Webbs Garden Centre and outside seating areas of The Food at Webbs and Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant. Assistance dogs are permitted in all areas.

How long does the grotto experience last?
Your visit to the grotto is expected to take around 45 minutes.
Can I change or cancel my ticket?
Tickets can be transferred once free of charge up to the day before by logging into your account at webbsevents.co.uk, if space is available. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final.
What happens if I miss my allocated time slot?
If you miss your allocated time, they cannot guarantee that they will be able to provide a new time as the grotto often sells out.
Are there any special requirements for essential companions?
Yes, they work with Nimbus Disability for an Access Card Scheme. You can apply for a Millets Digital Access Pass to receive a free essential companion ticket. A valid Access Card or Digital Access Pass with a +1 or +2 symbol must be shown on the day, or the full charge for entry will be required.
